Minty Fresh

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 large egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp mint extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

scoop onto baking sheet with an ice cream scoop and place one Ghirardelli mint choclate quare in the center of each. M...m...m...good!
